Our refund and returns policy allows for the return of eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all components and documentation included.
We cannot accept returns on installed or modified products, special orders, or electrical parts unless proven defective. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items returned without authorization may not be processed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Restocking fees (up to 15%) may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.
